White Center July Jubilee Days

This weekend is White Center July Jubilee days, and boy howdy, are we excited!

With a backdrop of the Universe/Space Series, the artist Amara will be performance painting inspired by the musical stylings of Margaux LeSourd as part of the White Center Art Walk.

The music and painting start at 6 PM. Amara will be raffling and auctioning the paintings from the artwalk.

Also new at the bakery: Chocolate-Covered Cherry Cakeballs.

This is a cherry cake with pieces of maraschino cherries and cherry buttercream covered in dark chocolate ganache. Come in and try one!

Coffee Punch Cards and Happy Hour, Special orders

So several of our loyal customers have been asking for coffee punch cards. They are here. Buy 10 drinks get the 11th free.
Also we will try out having a Happy Hour from 4-6. Our lovely Baker/Baristas, Jen and Christine will choose one pastry and one drink to discount each day.

A huge THANK YOU to the Bodacious Ladyhood. We really enjoyed their accapella Christmas Carols and other swinging tunes. They packed the house with fans enjoying pie, cookies and coffee.

We also were host to our first baby shower this weekend. (Pictures comming soon). Mom-to-be and guests enjoyed tea, savories and sweets.

These past four months, we have been blessed with all of the community support we have recieved. We are so excited to be part of an up-and-comming neighborhood, and are looking forward to giving back to our community and helping it to grow. So, thank-you, and we look forward to seeing you in 2011!
