I've had quite a few inquiries about the possiblity of gluten free offerings. There are very strict rules from the health department concerning gluten free products, and rightly so. Some people are allergic to gluten. In order to meet these requirments, we would need to have completely separate equipment and prep areas for the gluten free products. Unfortunately, we do not have the space in this location for gluten free production.
In the meantime, we will continue to offer traditional baked goods in a bright, family-friendly environment.
